Revive Rally Recap: August 2–3, 2025 Two Days - Open Roads and Top-Down Perfection
The inaugural Revive Rally kicked off under sunny skies with a fleet full of polished paint, revved-up engines, and plenty of convertibles soaking up every bit of the summer breeze. With enthusiasts from across New Hampshire and Maine joining us for the ride, it was the kind of weekend that reminded us why we love this community — and the open road!
Day 1: Saturday – Scenic Routes, Nostalgic Stops, and Mountain Magic
From the moment we pulled out of the Seacoast, it was clear this wasn’t your average group drive. We took a brief stint on Route 95 and Route 16 to skirt the busy vacation traffic, then exited near Dover to dive straight into the winding country roads Brent had so carefully mapped out months earlier.
And when we say “carefully mapped,” we mean it: Brent began planning the route back in March, scouting scenic roads, avoiding construction zones, and making sure we hit the perfect mix of curves, climbs, and car-lover landmarks. He even did a final test run the weekend before the rally to make sure everything was dialed in — and to our delight, the last of the construction had just wrapped. Smooth roads, beautiful views, and zero delays? Yes, please!
Our first major destination was Autopac Gallery in Laconia, and let’s be honest — nothing could’ve prepared us for what we walked into. The resounding reaction was: “Wow… that was not what I expected!” Part museum, part time machine, the collection was eclectic, nostalgic, and jaw-droppingly cool!
After that, we made our way past Squam Lake (of On Golden Pond fame) to grab lunch at Walter’s Basin in Holderness and then through Meredith. Bellies full, we hopped onto Route 93 and headed toward Lincoln, where we fueled up for the next highlight: The Kancamagus Highway and Bear Notch Road — two of New England’s most legendary driving roads.
Drivers took the stretch at their own pace — some cruising leisurely to take in the views, others carving the curves with grins from ear to ear. Scenic overlooks, sun-dappled forests, and just enough elevation to feel like we’d climbed into another world. We regrouped at Alpine Garden Winery to cap off the day with great company and even better conversation.
Day 2: Sunday – Private Collections & Community Vibes
We set out early from North Conway, cruising west across the Kanc once more before heading to Vintage Racing Stables in Sanbornton. This Cars & Coffee-style fundraiser for the Lakes Region Boys and Girls Club gave us a rare glimpse inside an extraordinary private collection — and just as impressive were the enthusiast vehicles that rolled in to join us.
From vintage gems to modern marvels, the morning was a feast for the eyes and a celebration of shared passion. A few continued on to explore FabLabNH in Candia, closing out the weekend with a hands-on look at the world of custom car design.
Whether your top was down the whole way or you were just along for the ride, the first-ever Revive Rally delivered everything we hoped for: amazing weather, new friendships, and a weekend full of automotive joy.
We’re already planning the next one — and trust us, you won’t want to miss it.
Thanks to everyone who came out and made it unforgettable—see you at the next Revive Rally!
